On hot summer days, let your children experience the perfect blend of physical strength, mental agility and self confidence through the sport of fencing. This program combines rigorous training with strategic thinking, building both their bodies and minds.
Our course features experienced instructors from Hungary, France, and Hong Kong, all former national team members. Classes are conducted in English, while also incorporating unique French terminology from the sport, allowing children to immerse themselves in a rich linguistic and cultural experience.
In each lesson, coaches tailor their teaching to individual needs, imparting dexterous fencing techniques and guiding strategic thinking. Children will unleash their energy through the thrill of sparring, developing logic and skills in a dynamic learning environment where sport meets intellect.
Certificates will be presented to every participant after the camp.

We are excited to announce that Flora Palu, the coach of the current French National Junior Cadet Team High Coach, will be collaborating with our coaching team to organize a seven-day fencing training camp for your child.
The training camp will feature international level training and conditioning, to improve fundamentals send develop advanced strategies. We will train discipline, communication, technique, strategy, athletics and competitive spirit. Receive feedback through bouting. Coach Flora will also provide insightful advice and knowledge about what it takes to succeed at an international student athlete level.

Foil is the most common starting weapon. The foil is the lightest and most precise blade, with scoring only obtainable through stabbing the torso. It contains bladework and an understanding of rules that translates well to the other two blades.

花劍是最常見的入門劍種。它是最輕、最精確的劍種，只能透過刺擊軀幹得分。它包含劍術技巧和對規則的理解，對於其他兩種劍種也有很好的實用性。

Sabre touches can be scored by making contact with the opponent’s upper body, and doesn’t require thrusting like the other two. This makes Sabre typically the most footwork intensive, with their bouts also being the shortest.

Epee is the heaviest blade. Scoring is obtained through stabbing any part of the body at any point in time. Epee bouts are the longest, and require the most upper body strength and endurance.

In preparation for the US fencing regionals and the international circuit in December, as well as the HK Cadet and Junior competition in January, we are thrilled to host a 6-day intensive training camp led by the esteemed Head Coach of an Ivy League fencing program.

This camp offers a rare opportunity for athletes to gain invaluable insights and sharpen their skills under the guidance of a world-class coach. Participants will delve into advanced techniques, from precision footwork to strategic blade work, learning the same training methodologies that shape some of the top fencers in the collegiate arena. Athletes will also gain insights into mental resilience and competition mindset, essential tools for peak performance on the international stage.

This is a 5-day Easter Fencing Camp, which is a great opportunity for preparation for the coming competitions that will be held throughout the year. 🤺Through this camp fencers will be able to sharpen up their fencing skills by participating in mini games, fencing drills, and practice bouts.
